These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jbajie ("jbajie", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jbajie.net. Account Credentials

All activity conducted using your account credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether the activity was actually carried out by you. jbajie will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Account Currency

All jbajie player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Account balances, deposit amounts, wager stakes, winnings, and withdrawal amounts are all displayed and processed in BDT. jbajie does not operate multi-currency accounts. Depositing funds via international payment methods (Visa, Mastercard) that are denominated in a foreign currency will result in automatic conversion to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jbajie will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳50 may be applied to dormant accounts with a positive balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player. Accounts with a zero balance that remain dormant for 24 months may be closed.

jbajie supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits

• The minimum deposit via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200.
• The minimum deposit via bank transfer or card is ৳500.
• Deposits are credited to your jbajie wallet instantly upon confirmed payment processing in most cases. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to network delays outside jbajie's control.
• jbajie does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on the payment account used to deposit must match the name on your verified jbajie account.
• Deposits made from unverified accounts may be held pending completion of identity verification.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 10–15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawal requests via bank transfer are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• All withdrawals must be made to an account belonging to the verified jbajie account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• jbajie reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected.
• Withdrawals of winnings obtained through bonus play are subject to the applicable bonus wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal.

Transaction Fees

jbajie does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (mobile banking operator, bank, or card issuer) may apply their own fees independently of jbajie. Please consult your payment provider's terms for details of any applicable charges on their end.

From time to time, jbajie offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published in full alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus provisions in this Section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus credits and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the promotion page. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in eligible games before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable cash.

Not all games on the jbajie platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Bonus Validity

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of issue. If the wagering requirement for a bonus is not completed before the expiry date, the remaining bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically. Bonus Abuse & Fraud

jbajie monitors all bonus activity. The following behaviours are considered bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of any associated bonus credits, forfeiture of any winnings derived therefrom, and may result in permanent account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim a first-deposit or welcome bonus more than once.
• Using bonus credits in a pattern specifically designed to exploit low-risk wagering strategies to meet wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk (e.g., simultaneously betting on opposing outcomes in the same market).
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion for which the player would otherwise be ineligible.
• Sharing bonus codes or referral links in violation of the terms of those specific promotions.

By using the jbajie platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Fraud or dishonesty: Providing false information at any stage of registration, verification, or communication with jbajie.

• Unauthorised access: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any jbajie system, server, database, or another player's account.

Any breach of the above obligations gives jbajie the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the offending account, void any pending bets or game rounds in progress, forfeit any balance held in the account, and take any further action — including legal action — that jbajie deems appropriate in the circumstances.

All intellectual property rights in and to the jbajie platform — including but not limited to the website design, user interface layout, software, source code, databases, text content, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, game content, audio, and video — are the exclusive property of jbajie or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

Your use of the jbajie platform does not grant you any ownership interest in, or licence to use, any intellectual property belonging to jbajie beyond a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence is conditional on your continued compliance with these Terms.

jbajie does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary platform unavailability. jbajie will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jbajie's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the player–operator relationship at any time. You may close your account voluntarily by contacting jbajie support. jbajie may suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to provide requested verification documentation within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Suspected money laundering or financing of unlawful activities.
• Account belonging to a person under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements.
• Player's own voluntary self-exclusion or cooling-off request.

In cases of termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), jbajie reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. In cases of voluntary closure or termination for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any positive balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus credits that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the payment method most recently used for deposits.

Upon account closure, jbajie may retain certain personal data as required by applicable law and its internal compliance policies. Retained data will be managed in accordance with jbajie's Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

In the event that a complaint cannot be resolved to your satisfaction through jbajie's internal complaints procedure, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal action. jbajie is committed to fair, transparent, and timely resolution of all genuine player disputes.

For disputes relating specifically to the outcome of a game round or sporting event settlement, jbajie's internal review records — including server-side game logs, random number generator (RNG) outputs certified by the relevant game provider, and sports data feed records — shall constitute the primary evidence. These records are maintained with integrity and are available for player review upon written request.

Amendments to These Terms
